1) Maintenance and repair services can be done directly for you by Ringmaster Services.
2) If you need to order repair parts, or obtain a warranty replacement, that should be done directly through Schulmerichʼs home office. Perhaps Iʼve helped you with this over the years when I served as your Schulmerich rep. Contact me if you wish, and I can set you up with the right person or department in the factory who would now address your concern.
3) If your bells or chimes need reconditioning (not just service or maintenance) thatʼs something I would still do for you, but under Schulmerichʼs auspices as their ARC.
